The helpfulness of the staff, particularly Lancy and the room service team, enhanced my experience.

Bathroom partition could be improved.

The room I booked was nicely furnished and modern, complete with view overlooking local residential area and a king size bed by the same arrogant receptionist, as example. The daily service was friendly! Late check-out was useful.

By and large, it was excellent place for sightseeing in Mumbai, had much fun and met caring staff at every level. The food in the lobby restaurant was tasty.

An optimal selection for a rapid stop in Mumbai with the best value for money ratio. The iPad-controlled room features were a surprising touch, made my stay feel modern and fun. Remember to check out the delicious breakfast options for a tasty start to your day.

Close proximity to International Airport was good for stop-over. Management were eager to help and sort out any problems.(i.e.reception didn't have my booking, shuttle pickup couldn't find me 1st time) offering me a suite and inroom breakfast because I needed to leave before dining room open. Modern and spacious with good restaurant although be aware no alcohol served.

Wakeup call didn't happen and I had to ring for breakfast in room so just allow extra time.

Great value near airport. A fantastic hotel in Mumbai. Wonderful modern room, clean, good staff, friendly. Really incredible remote control and a selection of streaming movies. Wow... this place is a great find!

The only problem is the district has a lot of traffic. It's a great hotel for staying near airport but getting to BKC, Thane, Navi, or South Mumbai can take a long time due to traffic jams into/out of that specific area of Mumbai. Expect up to 1 hour extra drive time to go that last couple miles.

The food was top-notch! Loved the variety at breakfast and dinner. the room was comfy, but the area outside felt a bit crowded. 😅

pick up and drop off from Mumbai airport was good, stuff was helpfull, I stayed there overnight. Good clean and comfortable for an overnight stay at the airport.

A great choice for travelers needing quick access to the airport! The rooms are spacious, modern, and well-insulated from street noise, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Plus, the staff were accommodating, especially when catering to dietary preferences. I had a lovely stay and would highly recommend this place.

The rooms are excellent in terms of money we pay.Choice of films to watch is another good thing for people who got bored of watching normal tv channels.

The free internet is damn toooooooo slow.Room not that big but ok for a single occupancy.

It is close to the airport. Great place to stay if you have an overnight flight. The safe were very helpful and the room was very clean and big. Loved to stay there.

Cheek carefully the travel desk and the it's offers. Tend to sell expensive packages . It's better to tell them what you want and not let them decide for you.

This was my good stay for our last night in India. The hotel had excellent location not far from both the international and air port and high tech facilities. It also was very close to airport + free airport transfers...

the rooms here are extremely spacious with all modern facilities.
